ĀRYA Accelerate is an impact accelerator for young founders who dream big and are just getting started. Apply here to join the inaugural cohort this November.



Applications close on October 8. You can apply by filling out this form, and if your application is successful, we will invite to you for an interview with one of the programme directors. The accelerator launches on November 5 and it runs for 3 months.



During those 3 months, we expect you to be fully committed to working on your start-up with the support of ĀRYA Foundry team and our partners and mentors. Here's more about what to expect at ĀRYA Accelerate.



We'll select a winning team to receive a prize of 15,000 PLN, and pitch their venture at an event by ĀRYA Foundry in Warsaw, in front of other impact entrepreneurs and investors. All cohort participants will join our alumni network and so we can keep supporting them.

Mary Zhu

Founder & Executive Director, Develop for Good

Develop for Good supports teams of underserved & underrepresented college students as they work on tech projects under professional mentors for other nonprofits. Mary graduated from Stanford University.

Darr Kadlubowski

Founder & CEO, Henry Meds

Henry Meds is the fastest growing telehealth D2C startup in the United States - Henry helps thousands of underinsured patients access affordable healthcare. He studied Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.

Adam Rudowski

Founder and General Partner at Level2 Ventures. Previously founded and served as long-time CEO at Veracomp SA.

Seán Boyle

Twitter's first Head of Sustainability, Co-founder, unitmode

Acted as Twitter’s first Head of Sustainability - launched the first company-wide climate action strategy, co-produced the inaugural climate change mis/disinformation policy and partnered with many pioneers in the climate action space.

Vaitea Cowan

Co-founder, Enapter

Enapter makes AEM Electrolysers for low-cost green hydrogen at any scale. It is a publicly trading company and has won the Earthshot Prize.

Alex Zhuk

Co-founder, Perennial

Perennial is the leading measurement, reporting, and verification platform for soil-based carbon removal. Recognised as TIME's Best Invention and backed by Bloomberg, Microsoft and others.

Sebastian Becker

Partner, Redalpine

Sebastian became one of the youngest partners in a renowned European VC. He is a partner at Redalpine, a $1B+ venture capital fund based in Zurich and Berlin. He studied at the University of St.Gallen and did research on human-centred AI at Stanford.

Karolina Wilk-Tryjanowska

Platform Manager, ff Venture Capital

Karolina is an ex-girl-startupper, startup mentor and proactive member of the CEE startup ecosystem. In 2022, she was awarded Top 100 Women From VC and Startup Ecosystem in Poland.

Lech Kaniuk

Co-founder, SunRoof

Lech is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder & CEO of SunRoof - one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Poland, now expanding onto other European markets and the USA.

Wiktoria Wójcik

Co-founder, inStreamly

Wiktoria co-founded inStreamly, which enables streamers to earn from their passion. They've worked with 200+ brands (and counting). Wiktoria was named Forbes 30 under 30 Europe.

Omar Bawa

Co-founder, Goodwall

Omar co-founded Goodwall, which was recently recognised as a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. Goodwall is a skills-based social network for Gen Z, they support 2M+ young talent in 150+ countries. Omar was recently on a cover of Fast Company SA.

15,000 PLN AWARD

The team that makes the most progress during those 3 months will be awarded 15,000 PLN, all equity-free.


The journey doesn't end where the programme ends. After the accelerator you'll join our alumni network, you'll get a priority access to all our events and we'll keep in touch to continue supporting you.

Here's what to expect during your 3 months at ĀRYA Accelerate

Founders in our accelerator are supported through intense mentoring and coaching, relevant no-bullshit workshops, access to our global network and to a community of impact founders going through the same struggles. We do not take equity and the programme is free of charge — we do however expect you to be engaged and highly committed throughout the entire programme. We do our part but it takes two to tango.



You'll be setting weekly goals to make sure you're on track to hit the next stage of growth.



You'll be openly sharing your plans so the group can hold you accountable on the progress you're making.


Dedicated mentor

A lead mentor (a start-up founder as well, just a few steps ahead) will work with you closely.



Some world-class founders and investors will share their stories and run interactive workshops.



You'll soon learn how powerful it can be to have support of founders going through the same struggles.



We will organise some meet-ups in Warsaw and in-person bootcamps.


Mental health

Topics like mental health and mental resilience will be part of the curriculum and discussions.


Responsible leader

Building impact-driven venture means you're also an empathetic, responsible leader and teammate.
